Your onboarding specialist will pre-configure your account with the products and services you offer to your customers so you will simply select the template for the job! The appropriate messaging and service plans will be setup on your proposal, ready to go.

Select Your Customer

Simply start typing in the name or email address of your customer and the list of matching customers will appear. If this is a new customer, you’ll add them in directly as part of the proposal process - no need to navigate elsewhere! During onboarding, if you have a compatible CRM (FieldRoutes, Fieldwork, GorillaDesk), all of your active customers will be imported into Smarter Launch. If you don’t, we can import a CSV file, or you can use our Chrome Extension to import a customer directly.

Our integration with property assessor data providers automatically populates applicable pricing fields with property lot sizes, square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and more. Alternatively, you can perform measurements via a built-in Google Maps integration.
