Embed Drawings Into Proposals
Select up to 5 drawings at a time and embed them as images in the proposal's photo section, or attach them as PDFs. The right drawings surface first — Smarter Launch searches by the customer's job site address automatically.

In ArcSite, go to Settings → Developers → API Tokens and generate a key.
Paste it into Smarter Launch
Enter the API key in Smarter Launch integration settings. The connection is verified instantly.
Open a proposal
Start building a proposal for a customer with a job site address in ArcSite.
Open the ArcSite panel
From the Media Hub, open the ArcSite panel. Matching projects surface automatically based on the job site address.
Select and embed
Pick up to 5 drawings. Embed them as images or attach as PDFs — straight into the proposal, no downloads needed.
